this isn't normally my style of music, but... i like it quite a bit. i like the build of the instruments and the variations of the melody. i do think that the climax could be a bit more energetic, but maybe that's supposed to be this way in this style. i wouldn't know.

and as for the mix, i can hear everythign quite well, so it can't be all that bad. :p

I tried last night and this morning but Soundclick won't let me hear you're song-I'll keep trying though! Soundclick must be broke down, it has my demo of my new Delta Blues amp in the charts (#34???) as Progressive Rock and it's just some basic blues lines I recorded...can't see how that is listed as progressive!:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
 
You must be reloading this - I'm getting an error in Soundclick. I'll try later....:D

No, really, something weird is going on, I've tried playing Hi-Fi, Lo Fi, Downloading, loading from you're Soundclick site and nothing gets loaded - either errors or it can't open the song site.........

LOL.....there are several of my tunes that won't play and I did not do anything to those....must be a soundclick thing:D

complain to them. one day i noticed my daily plays wasn't adding up to my individual plays. i sent them a note and the next day it was fixed. :)
 
Alright, I finally got to listen to it, it is a relaxing, yet dynamic piece of music! Was this all done on the keyboards sequencer or was it multitracked?
All in all, it's a really good song-I like the flow and feel of it. It has a New Age-Celtic feel to it as well, to me anyway...........
 
Sounds really good except the bass drum doesn't really fit - could be just the sample though.

most of it was on the keyboard sequencer and split that up to 4 different sends and then multi tracked along with the guitar......thanks for the comments man!:D

Thanks for listening and as far as the bass drum goes.....kinda stuck with what korg gives me:p:D
 
Yeah if you can edit that drum patch somehow and take the bass drum down a tad that would be good. It's a bit too prominent and actually sounds a bit distorted....

Nice vibe overall, smooth and relaxing, and builds nicely in places. Patches are good too, I like the flute? sound in this....blending in that distorted guitar really works out well.
