check out my studio plan:
http://www.lowswing.de/05plan/plan.html

the studio is working very well and very successful, this is why i think it is time to invest money on the recording room acoustic to make the studio even better.
let me discribe it:the west wall is plaster wall the east one is covered brik wall they are parallel, the celing is cs. 3.4m high also paralel.
i guess what i really want is a wall units to fit on the parallel walls, hopfully from wood to give the room more "woody" character. does anyone have a plan or idea what can i do/build?
what to do with the celing? i'm getting flater echo on some places of the room with some mid frequencies.
thanx

Guy, the site with the best info on this is down again - hopefully this will be fixed soon. Meantime, I'm outa time but will get you something in a day or two... Steve

thanx,
it seems everyone discuss treating control and listening room but i have a fairly nice and big live room that is too "wet" (the reverb calculatror show i should have 0.7 at 1000hz but i guess it is double as much in reality!) and have in some point flutter echo that i want to solve without making the room really "dry"
