Just another guy, really.
The barrel of a dynamic mic and the neck of a bottle of beer feel a LOT alike.

And are NOT to be confused with each other.

What kind of beer...?...it makes a difference in the tone you get.
 
Important Lesson I Learned Today.......Too much compression at certain settings on a piano.....can sound pretty tremelo cool or really annoying if you have no use for it.
 
I learned that running my bass drum mic through my Zoom B9.1ut rules !

And that my neighbors across the street do actually have family

How many empty beers were there before the mic entered the equation? Wait....Same thing you said H. lol!
 
I learned that a small diaphram condenser mic, such as an Octava MC-012 is a about the same size as a suppository ......... oh, never mind!
