hey okay i already posted one like this about how to record on it and stuff well i finally figured it out and have begun doing so but now that ive got my rythm, lead, and vocals down i wanted to put a drum beat to it...nothing compicated at all just the basic beat for now until i can get my drum set into the house when no one else is home but i cannot find the basic beat in garage band at all, i would think that it would be in there but maybe not...for those who don't know the basic beat is just 1234 on the hihat and 1 on the base and 3 on the snare so it sounds like: tskbum tsk tskchic tsk tskbum tsk tskchic tsk, you get the idea well maybe not i wouldn't but its basically what all the 80s drummers used. like GNR and def leppard (hehe) if you do know how to get to the basic beat or if they even have one please let me know and i'll just keep lookin i guess thanks

must you use garageband?

do a google search for something like "free drum loops". Remember, you have to get a loop that is the same tempo as what you recorded.
