I'm so confused on which thread to post this in

I am 1 step away from being able to complete a song from scratch on 1 computer, and it makes me extremely irrated. I am able to do everything but encode mp3's and wma's on my computer because I have Windows Media Player, but there is no advance tag editor on 98SE. Any suggestions for tag editors with all features, such as websites, sychronized lyrics and such?

Not sure what your question is really. Any music production software worth its' salt will have the ability to let you mix down to mp3. As far as all the other tags goes...I'm sure you can google & find out a suitable app.

I'm running PA9 and it does let me do tags do a certain extent on mix-down, but I'm talking about every intracy I can put on the mp3, such as lyrics and things of the such.

I already own it, but it doesn't have a tag editor for lyrics and composers and shit.
