Hi,

Here's a cover of the scrubs theme tune :)

any feedback would be gladly appreciated

This is generally a good mix. Apart from the instrument timings being almost off at some places (not too bad)...

I would suggest a bit more reverb on the vocals to give it some space and also spacially enhance the vocals to the stereo field.
This can be done simply by duplicating the vocals and panning them to the left and right at equal positions on either side. How spacial you want depends on how far you pan them or you could jsut get a spacially enhancing plugin to do it all for you. (Cubases Mono to stereo plugin)

Apart from this, the levels are generally fine apart from a small tweak on acoustic guitar to go down or to sort out some picking frequencies..

Well Done :)

Duplicating the vocal track and sending one left and one right won't it make sound more stereo or spatial. It'll still sound mono. If you treat the two tracks differently, such that there's something different about them, you'll start to get some spread. If you delay one, detune one, use a stereo chorus, even eq them differently, etc--you'll hear that. But leaving them exactly the same won't add any width.
