I just stumbled across this site, and like what I see.It's very informative and you all seem very helpful.Anyways..I've been producing for approx a year and a half now, and would like to start posting my concoctions on hear for some constructive critisism. WELCOME TO THE BOARD

to me all of those three songs have nice instrumentation but the melodies could be better. when i press play i hear the intro and the sounds and i'm interested and then the beat drops and the melody is unexciting.

NOTE: other producers will be harder on you than the normal person who just listens to music. in the end the casual listener's opinion is the one that really counts.

The West Coast beat stands out to me the most. The beats are clear and you have good sounds. Intros interest me and then the beat doen't have change ups to keep me listening. Put in sounds and drop them out for verses and hook parts. Also big breakdowns would work to change it up. Melodies could be better also. You got the idea, just polish up. Since this board has a lot of producers, we are harder to impress. But, we sure will help you get to the next level.

I'll lesten to the beats more in detail when I get time and give notes...
