I'm hungry and tired,

Just kidding. We all have those spells. Pick up something to read with the idea that you are going to get two words that you like and make them your topic. Then write away. Good luck, ;) keep us posted.

In all seriousness, please do me this one favor - do not write a song about having writers block. That is the lamest piece of crap cop out a song writer can pull. Nobody cares that you have writers block - well we do, cuz we are a big happy supportive community, or something - but no real potential listener gives a shit. Trust me.
