I'm a little split/confused...

I'm upgrading to protools soon,
But my issue comes strictly based off the interfaces.

Is the M-Audio Fast Track or Mbox 2 the better choice?

Also, the Fast Track comes with Protools M Powered, does it not?

I'd go with the Mbox 2. It comes with Pro Tools LE.

The Fast Track doesn't come with M-Powered - though it may come with essentials.

Like I said - Mbox 2 all the way

I second that... MBox is the way to go IMO, you get protools LE and Digidesign/Avid always has upgrade discounts, so in the future if you want to upgrade your MBox to a 003 or TDM or HD system you get a nice discount with your trade in.
