Hey all....here is a weak attempt at one of my favorite tunes...The Doors "Waiting For The Sun".....this is my 1st mixdown....and yes, there is no keyboards on my version unfortunately...anyways at the least you may get a laugh outta this...it's up there with my attempt of The Who's "I Can See For Miles"......

Pretty cool variaxman. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty strong cover. Just the vocals aren't quite there for the verses...but the 'waiting for the sun' bit gels great.

thanks, I did find the chorus much easier then the verses!Just uploaded a new mix with the guitars mixed a bit diffrently(louder during the bridge)and the drums up.....

I don't know the original, but this sounds pretty good. Guitars and bass sound trippy. Drums sound a little thin. The vocals are really the only weak spot for me. Too wet and can't really make them out. Overall good job though for a rough mix.
