do you guys have any information about this preamp that i should know about? what do you set the INPUT and OUTPUT knobs to to get a good sound. i heard somewhere that the OUTPUT is what carries the tube, but the manual says that the INPUT does that. hmm.. i also notice that the more the OUTPUT the more bass, and the more the INPUT the more treble, I am guessing the bass in the OUTPUT Is just muddiness.

I bought one for use as a DI box... in that regard it works quite well.

I did try to run a mic through it out of curiousity and thought it made for an absolutely hideous mic pre.

YMMV....
