If you got Reason 3.0 help a brother Out!!

Alright i know ya'll gonna clown on me for this one but.....
i still don't know how to use the favorites menu! how do i use it so i can save my samples in it, ive been using the reason folder to house all my samples but since i got my external drive i wanna use the favorites folder to go back and forth between the 2.

I fell victim to asking for help without researching myself, i found out how to do it by simply reading the manual

ima dumbass :(
 
The favorites just routes you to that folder (kind of like a shortcut on your PC)....all you should have to do is click and hold the folder that your refills or kits are in and drag it to that section. I found that out on accident but it's proven very useful.
 
But....

for some reason i can't just drop a folder into a favorites folder, thats wat im really trying to do!
 
you should be able to add that folder into the favorites section. If you're trying to drop it in one of the folders that's already there, I don't think Reason will let you do that. It's just a shortcut. But if you want to add your own folders in there it should let you if you drag it to an empty section of it.
