Okay... After listening to this 4 or 5 times, there is one nit, and it's purely subjective, but hey... if you posted this, you want my opinion.

That awesome bended tone at 2:32 - 2:35 is ridiculously awesome. I love it! It's so right-spot-on, that the tones which immediately follow it seem to fall flat on their faces. I'd grunge it up a bit more after that point for a bit, just because of that nice fat juicy grungy bended tone.

That's all. I'll probably listen to this all day.

and this my friends is why i love this place..

it's my favourite part that follows the drop, i tried to get the 808 state sound circa pacific state but it sticks out like a sore thumb..i was struggling with it last night

you hit it square though and ive got a solution/compromise..ive automated the sequenced bass lower and brought up a dirty bass more in line with the distortion..I think its working much better without losing the feel of the part I liked

(on listening it might need a bit more work, oops)

You couldn't ignore me if you tried, pinknips. :D

i try...lord knows i try :)

I think it's pretty damn good dude. You have a knack for this. The mix is good. I like the programming.

Is it from scratch or did you use a bunch of sync'd arpeggio loops?

all from scratch (for me i wouldnt see the point otherwise)

though i use Ableton arp plug in and a sequencer on some parts, does that count? ;)

thanks vox, does seem one of my better efforts

Lol @ voxxy in the clinic.

No, thats normal.

Thats awesome dude.. Must respect for those skillz. Alot of people just load up "cool arpeggio #4" and have a run with it. Good stuff for not doing that and doing this shit from scratch.

Greg hates my presence over here.:laughings:

No way, voxxy is a good thing, except that you're so angry and jaded. :laughings:

yeah get back to A&A.....seekers started a thread on who's your favourite on MTVs "Real World" :laughings:

Well, I mean the entire site.

I've never been much into the whole "lets listen to each others tunes" thing at either place. I'm kinda jaded by it all. And mad.

:laughings: :laughings:

That wouldn't surprise me. That dude sucks and belongs at RP. :laughings:

I don't even know what real world is. But we do have MTV up here now. A canadianized version. Celine and Bryan all over the place.

I know you are. You're a bigtime studio owner now.

I figured it out 10 minutes later, and I've now forgotten what it was. But I know I got it resolved.
