if selling a beat do i do complete mixdown before selling. do i add eq, compr, ect.

Hi, im new to this forum. this is my first time selling one of my beats and i want to know if
i completely mixdown before selling, do i add eq, compression, ect. dont really know the process, i usually use my beats for personal use.
