I have searched these forums, searched Google, and referred to the Cubase manual, but I still can't loop in Cubase SX.
I can make a midi section, say for a verse, and I then want to loop say a 4 bar sequence or whatever. i can use the cycle tool. But thats not how I want to do it. With experience in Adobe audition and Ableton I have just made the switch to Cubase. With both of those programmes it was a simple process of dragging the clip as many times as you wanted it to loop. If I do this in Cubase I just get an ampty stave. Do I have to arm it for looping before dragging? If so, how?
I am getting on great with all the other features in Cubase, and am exploring thm as we speak... but this simple task is still confusing me.
the only solution I have found is to C+P the clip over and over, which is not the best way to solve the problem I don't think. Surely there is a way of looping a clip throughout the timeline.
Thanks in advance,
Sammy.
