ID this mic?

There are lots of mics that look pretty similar but it could be one of the variants of a Neumann U47.
 
I don't think so. It looks dark but I think that's just a reflection of something dark.
You can see it change at 2:49.
 
Worth adding that, if your interest is because of the sound, mics used in videos to simulate a studio are rarely the ones actually used for the recording.
 
+1, and also that a microphone may work well for voice but not necessarily for another.

Partly sound, partly curiosity. I'm very sure the performance you're seeing is the performance you're hearing - I've never seen a lip-sync that precise. Articulations, breath, vibrato matching her jaw and throat, etc. - everything says "live". I'm familiar with this particular singer's work - she's more than good enough to deliver a one-take performance like that. And she has production chops.
 
That definitely looks like my least favorite plastic Rode shock mount.
