My very first non Tascam multitrack. It's got quite a lot of features. Including insert points (first two channels only, sadly), three band EQ (unfortunately not sweepable, but I can work around that) and two Aux sends per channel.

I'm looking forward to taking it to band practice :) :guitar:

Had to google image search that one to see what it looked like!

Never seen that one before! Piano key transport but with switchable dbx!

Looks well suited for band practices for sure! Enjoy! :)

Cheers! :)

For those of you who can't be bothered to Google it...

Is it possible to buy female XLR to male jackplug adaptors?

Well it came this morning. I unboxed it, plugged the wallwart into the wall socket, plugged the power jack into the machine, pushed the on/off switch to the on position and...

Nada :(

I am so annoyed.

Sorry, Mark!

I really hate when that happens. :/ Let's hope it's something simple.

What made you pop for this vs. a 414mkII or 424mkII? (which seem equally equipped as this Yamaha)...

:spank::eek:;)

The fact that it was available and I could afford it. 424's generally go for triple figures here.

I spoke to a guy who subcontracts for Sheehans and he reckons it's a fairly straightforeward fix. So my mate Jon should be able to handle it.
