I still have newbie type questions

After two and a half years of comming here and learning a lot of things I still have a lot to learn. I want to thank all of those who have been willing to share their understanding and experience. Finally I am to the point where I would like to share some of my recordings. Again I need advice. How do I attach a Mp3 file to a post? Describing my problems has gotten me some really good advice, but letting someone hear it should be a far better way than just trying to explain it. I've learned a lot but some of you know so much more than I do, I have to admire you.
 
You need to find a hosting site./ I use NowhereRadio. You put your MP3 at a site that can handle the storage then post links here to that site.
 
I'll like music.download.com, but my main purpose was to see if the listening public would like my music, rather than to solicit advice from better ears. It's an interesting barometer - even if you want to polish more before trying to get the public's attention, I recommend trying it at some point.
