I Ordered Some Cable

Finally pulled the trigger and orderd some cable from Gepco. I called the company direct and they agreed to sell to a mere peon who only needed a few hundred feet.

GA61812GFC (12 pair audio snake cable) -> $1.72/foot

5522M (single pair low capacitance cable) -> $0.42/foot

I almost bought some 12 pair AES/EBU snake cable for my mic runs, it is $2.49/foot, an excellent deal.

I have an Excell spreadsheet listing their prices; if anyone is interested PM me.

Go to products...then go to the "products" menu. Highlight "proaudio" then analog...or digital or w/e. Then on your right is the list of things you can choose from. Looks like some really nice stuff! I'm really interested!!!

Also, do they have a "minimum order" for length and stuff? Because I dont need THAT long for a snake maybe 50 feet max? Thanks!

No minimum order. Take the price from the '1-999' column and divide by one thousand, that's your per foot price.

The specs are every bit as good as Mogami, Canre, and Belden. I think BlueBear wired his whole studio using this stuff.
