I just bought a groove tubes gt66 and im running it troughits power supply to my omni i/o mixer wich comes equiped with some pre-amps, the mike I was using before and im still using it is the studio projects b1 and it was just to bright for me so I bought the GT but they sound really much alike, so I think i need to get a descent pre-amp, The music style I play is norteÑo kind of like country. If anybody could recommend something that would bring out the warmth in my GT for male vocals please do tell. thank you
