I need some help here!

I've got my cd complete, did everything my self. Mixed and mastered.

Now I have a question?

I found the link along time ago for this but I lost it.

My question is does any one know who I submit my cover art and CD information to, so that if some one plays my CD on their computer on
Windows media player or Real one, are some other media player, they
will see my cover art and cd info come up?

Any links will be most appreciated.

I'm not sure where to send it, but I believe gracenote handles CDDB data. www.gracenote.com. That might be a place to start.
