i need mic placement help...

I attempted to record drums with 5 mics using my delta 44 and my Yamaha MG12/4 mixer. it came out ok i guess..i just heard from comments on here that it had a crappy stero image and the toms image were differnt... heres some samples of what im talking about.. http://studiomxpx.tripod.com (Second download down)

Anys i think i need help on mic placement. I have a pearl export 5 piece set, i wanna get a good heavy metal sound using atleast 4 mics i can sub mix to get 5 mics if i have to...

audix i5
D112
Mca Sp1 condenser
some crappy audio techs....

i wanna use atleast 1 tom mic also

i need serious help with geting a even balance and possible mixer routing help... please help!

I think it sounds pretty good.
I couldn't run it through a sub, but the BD sounded good also.Hey it's funny we're running almost the same set-up.

What software are you using? I'm running Cubase.

im using cooledit pro 2 to record with..and i use sonar 4 just to edit and stuff.
