I need help!

Hey,
I just really need help because I'm building myself a studio, but a rather simple one for now I will not have any instruments connected to the studio because I will be siging rap and hip hop music in my studio, I would like to know what a good and more or less cheap equipment I can buy for this studio. The only thing I have right now is a really powerfull computer. I'm new to this and I'm searching for information on what to buy.

How much money are you wanting to spend?

Are you just wanting to record a vocal line and lyrics to retain your ideas?
