I will like someone to help me with mk-149 driver , cos i can not use my MIDI keyboard again after formating my laptop and installing win xp pro.

yes , i have heard of google.i tried google but it never worked.

It looks as if the MK-149 is simply midi. I'm assuming you have a midi interface that you plugged the 149 into? In that case, you need drivers for your interface, not the keyboard.

am using my DELL laptop B130 , and connecting through the USB port to the midi keyboard.

The mk-149 doesn't have USB, either you are mistaken about how you are connecting the computer, or you have a different(newer) keyboard. Either way, your driver questions are answered in your similar thread in the KVR forum.

This is true, your barking up the wrong tree. You need drivers for your soundcard or whatever you are using for midi

Everytime i connect my mk-149 i get a pop up on my status bar informing me that the USB is not recognised , but i can use my flash drive , external hard drive via the USB and will get no error message. But i get the same error message everytime i use the midi keyboard , so i actually think it is the driver for the keyboard.

I am begining to think that the problem is not the driver because when i connect the keyboard i get a warning with the text below.

USB device not recognized

One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.

My Laptop Specs : DELL INSPIRON B130 , 512 RAM , 60GB HDD, WIN XP Pro.
