I just scored a set of headphones at a Thrift Store!
yup a pair of Koss K/6ALC headphones, they where still in the box! and they had the little booklet with them too! nothing wrong with them at all and they sound great!
the specs are as follows.
Frequency Response10-16,000 Hz.
Drivers 63mm (2.5 inch) diameter low angle dynamic cone.
Impedance 94 ohm at 1kHz
Sensitivity for 100 db SPL 0.14V-rms,pink noise.*
Volum/Balance controls one slider on each earcup.
Earcushions Contoured, foam filled vinyl
Headband Sponge cushioned nylon; snap fit constuction
with pivoting, self adjusting yokes.
Cord 3 conductor coiled, 3m (10 ft) extended.
weight, less cord 390 g (14 oz.)
*simulates the amplitude distribution of average music.
these have a nice fit and good sound and they were $3 so i guess i cant kick!
at least not for still in the box!
see which i like the More Me or these... but hey for the money i would do it again in a heart beat. great set of cans for tracking.
one thing if you go out looking for a pair of these is that they copyright in the book says 1978....
