I just needed to share my funny experience...

Well, I finally got all my audio stuff set up. I was about to post a topic on here asking for help, because the vocals I was recording just sounded horrible and I didn't know what was wrong - but thankfully I saved myself the humiliation. Turns out, my Studio Projects C1 mic was... get this... facing backwards!

Yes, that's right. What I thought was the front end was really the back end. At least my vocals sound lovely and crisp now. So, what other head-slapper experiences have you guys had?
 
I emailed the Blue mic company to ask about the front/back issue of the Bluebird mic.
I was correct (the flat part is the front), but I wanted to be sure.
Never hurts to ask...and how long would the humiliation last? A day? A week?
So who cares...ask away...that's why we're here!
