MP3.com is really simple to use. Just look up there help section and they will go step by step for you on how to set your music up

www.chronictronic.com will host your tracks for free, and without stupid pop up adds and shit... you'll also be able to get some feedback on your tracks and some help on electronic music production, dj'ing and gear... on the downside : the language is filthy on that site..
