I'm looking for a free pseudo-stereo plug/ enhancer. I never have used one, but I need a bit of "sparkle" for something I'm working on. Any suggestions?

First thing I would try would be to place the source in a stereo reverb - but it rather depends on what sort of material it is?
There's something of the sort (non-reverb) in C_Superstereo vst.
