hey all
well i figure since i commented on enough of you guys's music that i should post one of my own. I recorded this song last summer with my band. At the time i didn't know much about recording, i was just getting into it. This summer we plan to redo all of our stuff. I have sonar 3, some new mics (drum mics now), and a lot more knowledge and experience. Any feedback would be much appreciated I found the vocals a bit dry, i have to try something new with them. There are drums to this song but i didn't know how to record them at the time so this summer i'll post the new song with improvments. Thanks guys

I tried downloading it but it was going slower than 1k/sec!!!

I'll wait till wednesday and get it from Soundclick me thinks :-)
 
Singer has a good voice. Chorus could some seperation (maybe double vox here). I'd like to hear the new version.
 
Not bad. You really need a compressor for the vocals. It goes too quiet and too loud in parts. I'd like to hear this with a full band version. A lot of possibilities
 
haha thanks guys. yup a compressor is the first thing i want to try this summer. I just found out what one did this winter so i'm looking foward to improving it.
