think of it as a sketch pad. There is something there but it needs fleshed out.

better drums, guitars don't work together. vocals not nearly clear enough. Didn't get much bass either.

OK to the music - I enjoyed the fade in build up a ton. Guitars sounded really cool there. Then I wait for the kicken drums....oh that must be in the next version. lol Seriously this needs some driving drums and bass. Then the vocals need to be fleshed out into something more structured and clear IMHO. Effects on them would be fine, probably good, but just a little more emphasis to them. Something to hang your hat on.

Lets hear this puppy again with a little bite!

Uh yeah Crank I'm always shy on the drums.. There is a Kick a KICK i swear it runs the length. I agree about the song not being geared toward a songwriting format. I guess I wanted to be one of those intermission or intro or whatever type tracks but different from one that was trying to be a "single".

sloop, thanks for listening.. uhm i will work on trying to fix the drums, the guitars, the vox and the bass, you know your basic "little things".


Thanks skids, whew I'm glad my site is downloading ok. Bad enough that I can't stream but if the dl was slow I'd never get anyone to listen. I'm getting an upgrade to Sonar 2.2 I hear it's coming with some new drum patches and I'll finally be able to integrate Fruity Loops (Im using Cake PA9 - incompatible with FL) so maybe I can cook some new stuff up then. Can't wait to get started on learning those new toys.

I don't know what to make of it either....

Seriously, it sounds cool but it lacks something. Beats perhaps. Not sure. The vocals can be meaner I think, in sound and in intention.

Guitars rock. Song too.

It all sounds a little muffled again. Seems like everytime you switch to metal guitar sounds it's getting muffled...

Sounds like the start of something...but needs some balls (i.e. percussion) to really get it going. Some cool riffs going on there ... the guitar sounds fat.

For some reason, your voice reminds me of that guy from Grandaddy in a strange sort of way.

This is pretty cool, just sounds like it needs to go somewhere and needs some heavy duty drumming.
