I can't believe how crazy this week has been fam!!

Whasup yall. I think this may go down as the most historic week or christmas in history. All in this one week, James Brown died, President Ford died, and Sadaam Hussein was executed. This is insane man!! What really freaked me out is they had James Brown's private funeral in my home town ,North Augusta, S.C. today. Several celebrities were there!!! Not even 5 mins from my house!!! I passed by there and cops were everywhere for security. I know for sure Al Sharpton, Don King, and Mc Hammer were there. I heard there were other celebs also. Tommorow, his public funeral will be at the James Brown Arena in Augusta,GA and i heard a whole lot of famous people are gonna be there. Rumors are flying around that Michael Jackson will be here! Not even 10 mins from my house!! My brain can't process all these events. They're having the viewing of the body from 9am to 12:30pm but i heard the traffic is gonna be a mess so i'm not going. The funeral starts at one pm and will be on tv. I'm going to get me some vhs tapes tommorow because this is history in the making! Local folks have killed the music stores buying James Brown albums since his death this week. He was known to pop up alot around our area. All i can say is wow. I wish i would have got a chance to meet him.
 
I just watched it on the news. I thought they were referring to Augusta, GA til I saw SC on tv................Wow, that must be a wild sight!
 
They shouldn't have executed Sadaam even though I don't agree with his 'dictating' tactics or the murders he's accused of ordering. Still, he was in power in HIS country. If someone came over here and tried to remove our president from power it wouldn't go down that way. All this over weapons of mass destruction that never existed. We need to bring the troops on home. It's funny how anyone can oppose murder yet punish a murderer by murdering him. America's the modern day Rome.

As far as James Brown, that was wild. With most people you see signs of them about to go whether it be multiple hospital visits or seeing them get sick. Luther had a stroke, and even though he was getting better we weren't COMPLETELY blind sided. I never saw this one coming at all, that was on the bottom of my "things to think about" list. Tone, too bad it's a private funeral if it were public I'd reccomend you go but at some point every family needs their privacy.

I thought the same thing. I think it was more to drive a point. I guess... Hanging wouldn't be humane to me. He expressed he didn't want to be hung. I think it was all get back. I don't know. We in the US always talk about being humane and right. In California it's by the neddle. And even that is said to be too much. :o 2 wrongs don't make a right. But, I can't even start to think how the people felt when Sadaam was in power.

This week was just too much...

I'm gonna go make some beats. Need to clear my mind.
