I don't know if it's quite hyphy but, it's got a nice cool laid back feel to it. Like Peritus said it's rollin music.
 
More rider music than hype music. But when it all boils down to it u could freak it and make hot shit wit it. It has alot of different musical elements in it. So the track therefore becomes versatile. I could go on all day but i wont write an essay.
