When Recording distortion guitars needs a HUM and noise destroyer?

because i use single coil pickups on my fender strat and distortion boxes create
alot of hum, noises do u think a HUM destroyer pedal will work for recorder cleaner
distortion tracks?

I was think about buying this Behringer HD400 hum destroyer to do the trick?

A distortion box amplifys the power supply noises so i need to put a power condensor for the distortion boxes and then put a Hum/noises destroy AFTER the distortion box to KILL the amplify noises it makes right???

The power condensor cleans up the power supply and filters out the frequency noises

The hum destroy kills the hum that the distortion box generates and raises the noise floor making alot of noises this box should kill all that EXTRA stuff so when u record its cleaner distortion sounds

You woundn't have the hum if you knew the words.

Glen u seem to have too much hum in your mouth lately y is that Mr.hum or i mean Glen ?? what up with to much hum??

Stick with your Norm Crosby routine, wally. You can't pull of Sam Kinneson. You want that, go back to Chessrock.

Ok...I thought his threads were kind of funny at first, now they're just getting annoying. Like, every 10 seconds he's posting a new one.

how old are you, walters?

are you from an english speaking country?

have you ever used the site's search function?

how long have you been recording?

In your case, hum destroyer would work very well. Simply remove all the single coil pickups from your Strat (don't replace them with anything), and then plug your guitar in to the destroyer. Notice how much better you sound? Just about the cleanest distortion you can get.

Or even better would be to drill holes in your Strat and add a total of 6 pickups. Wire them so each pickup only picks up one string. Then wire each pickup to a separate guitar jack on the body of the guitar. Plug in 6 guitar cables to your guitar and run those to 6 guitar amps set to 11. That will also give you clean distortion similar to your idea last year of running a 24 track into 24 separate mixers....for that creamy clean sound.
