It's great. Very nice recording.
If it was a regular post I'd say that the vocals could use a bit of de-esser apart from that your voice holds really well in this dry form.
 
You got a real good sound out of the guitars! Very nice! I like your vocals...they have kind of a "breathyness" quality to them, kind of reminds me of The Zombies. Real good harmonizing.

I guess if you are going to finish this, the only thing I can think of may be to bring the drums up a bit so they have more bite.

Otherwise, very good tune!

Very well put together. Nice arrangement. I like the onbeat/offbeat counterpoint between the acoustics. Dug the percussion treatment in the break. I'm hearing something slightly breaking up towards the end--might just be the MP3 though. Are those real drums. If not, ya fooled me!
 
really nice vocals .....smoooooooth ....yeah the back and forth guitar part at 2:09 works really really well....nice touch..jeez ...you can sing pretty damn well and no screaming at all?!?! what gives?!?!?!?!..lol.. i CANT sing without screaming...ok well some of those backups in the end....THERE WE GO....now i feel better!!!.....this is a great song...lyrically as well nice work...
