How would i hook this up the computer?

It depends on how many inputs you've got in your soundcard.

In the simplest setup, the Main outs would go to the left/right inputs of a 2-input soundcard
 
The simplest reply is simply that you don't.

Your computer must have a 'soundcard' (A/D/A conversion) to use this mixer. How you hook it up, once you have the soundcard, depends on what kind of soundcard you purchase.

You asked this same question in the Newbies forum and we answered you. Now you post it over here. It's generally frowned on to cross post and, frankly, since you got an answer (several, in fact, and they were detailed as well), I think it's kind of insulting.
