How to use SPDIF out as headphone monitoring?

Thinking about getting a Scarlett interface for its Mix Control software, but I want more separate monitor outputs. What would I use to use the SPDIF out to plug in headphones?
 
There are lots of digital to analog devices out there that will do what you want. I can't Link to any of them because I don't have enough posts.

I found them with a Google search.
