We all know that Phrase can help to extend the stereo image and also create "fake surround"
But too much phrase also take away the punching and thickness of a track
so how to use it properlly?
anyone knows?

I think you mean "Phase".

Phase tricks to extend stereo image are not really en vougue right now, but if you are going to try them, the trick is to use it only on one or two elements in the mix, and usually just high bright things. But for the most part I would not worry about it. Just pan things extreme and put on some subtle effects and that should be plenty.

Phew...thanx Ronan, I thought I was REALLY out of the loop. Especially since "Phrase" was capitalized, I thought it was a brand name of some effect I never heard of.

I think fakeness is not real, as in fake, as in not a real person, as in an alter-ego.

Try a subtle doubling effect to stay "current" while widening your stereo separation. A nice light flange effect (very light) is another option.

For Yoda a phrase shifter they did use, hmmmm?
