How to sync Fostex MR8 tracks

Hi,

I'm a new user of Fostex MR8. Can somebody plz tell me how to sync Fostex MR8 tracks each other?
 
Do you mean like with a metronome?
Or mix them together?

Thanks to your reply. I mean to mix them together if they are not
sync to each other.
 
How did they get un-together in the first place?

My only suggestion is to use your ears, starting with the rhythm tracks
