Hi all,
I'm new here. Sorry if this has been answered previously but I searched and couldn't find a clear answer.
I have a 424, which I want to synch to a PC, using Cubase, to record guitar through so that I can get the tape vibe.
Here's what I want to do:
1) stripe the sync track on the 424 from Cubase
2) play back the drum & bass tracks from Cubase, while recording the guitar to my 424 (slaved to Cubase)
4) dump this guitar track into Cubase from the 424, in sync
5) repeat for additional guitar tracks
I know Cubase uses smpte but I suspect I need some kind of external interface between the 424 and the PC.
I currently us an Edirol UA-1ex sound interface. I have no midi interface.
