how to "save" or export a slowed down sound

In vegas you can change the "rate" and doing so slows down the sound. I would like tyo be able to export the slowed sound to wav. I have many plug ins which pitch shift with out lengthening or lengthen without pitch shifting but none which allow me to do hem both.

I suspect you may have to do it in two stages.

BTW the Prosoniq Time Factory is the best unit for pitch and lengthening. It's not a pluggin (stand alone programme) but it does those functions better than most.
