How to re-install Elements6

I have a new Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit PC. I want to install my Cubase Elements6 program but the eLicenser gives an error message. I have it currently installed OK on a PC that is faulty.
Any help on this please?

What is the error message? Did you download the latest version of elicenser?

Why would you not contact Steinberg or whoever manages the licenser first?

Likely because that is not the fastest way to get an answer. Though it is weird for a first time post on this forum to ask this.

Anyway, he offline and probably finding the solution elsewhere.
