how to physically clean mainboard?

i doubt whether my p2 doesn't respond to midicard
becos there's sth ...dust or anything...ge in the slot and made it disappear?
Is this possible?
and how to clean it?

If it was already plugged in and working then dust couldn't really get in and mess it up. For cleaning inside a PC, get a can of air (pressurized air in a spray can). Works well on those knob-covered mixers, too.
