How to pan each drums elements ?

Hi,

I'm a new user of cubase sx.
I have a question about to pan each element of midi drums.
For instance, I want to change the positions of the snare and the hit-hat and put the snare completely to the right and the hit-hat to the left. How an I do that with cubase sx ?
I'm using VSTi with soundfonts for midi drums.

Are you using a drum map to program the drums? How are you triggering them?

If you're in the drum map, you can select the trigger you want to modify and set the pan, velocity, etc...

Thanks BlindCowboy, but I have no option to change the velocity or the pan in the drum map. Maybe I have searched in the wrong place. I have edited the drum map settings in the Midi Drum track, and I found nothing about the panorama.

To be more precise, I use a sound font to play the midi drum track.
Could anybody tell me how to pan each drum element like I want ?

I'm told that I have to modify the sound font to manage that. Is it true ?
Is there other way to do that ?

Please help me !
