Hi everybody, i've a problem with nudging a vocal track on sonar 8, because every time the sound quality becomes so poor after nudging. is there a solution? many thanks.
How to nudge a vocal track with sonar 8 without affecting the quality of the sound?

What do you mean exactly when you say "nudging" and "vocal quality becomes poor"...?
Moving a track forward/back along a timeline should have ZERO effect on the sound quality of the track. It may sound better/worse in the whole mix with the other tracks....but only in terms of timing, not really sound quality.
Be more detailed and specific in your explanation of what you are doing and what you are hearing.

Sounds like you are time stretching as opposed to just moving a track in time. I have no clue with Sonar, but it sounds like you are moving the track in a way you do not intend..

Re-sing the part most likely.
The time stretching I tried did the same thing, sounded terrible, unusable.

Could someone tell me how to MOVE a track on the timeline-In Vegas with video I can sync audio with video be highlighting the track, left click and hold and drag forward or backwards-can that be done in Sonar? Sorry-I am just learning!
