How to monitor midi clicks

I have an older Gina20 which does not have a headphones out. I use an onld Tascam Porta One to monitor the output from the Gina but it does not provide me the midi clicks output generated from my Soundblaster card. The Gina does have spdif in/out and so does the SB livedrive. Is there a way to use the spdif to send the click track to the Gina and output in through Outs 1/2 so I can hear it while recording?

ok sb has spdif out.. unfortunately i dont know the gina20. it should be possible to get the midi click with connecting the spdif of sb with it. take care that on the sb ctrl panel all outputs are enabled!
then i dont know if gina plays while recording... if it does there is no problem with it.
