Why don't you just log into YouTube, and write the guy himself who programmed that patch? Seems like the best and easiest way to get what you desire, don't ya think?
His handle is Gtechture.
He can't play worth a damn, but that piano patch is certainly excellent.

Piano Patch
Hello
I've been bugged by this youtube video for a couple of years now - I guess he's keeping his tools under his hat.
I've come up with a piano patch - it's not made with FM and sounds a wee bit like an electronic piano when you get in the lower octaves, but I'm happy to share it with you.
