How to load custom template at startup?

Exactly what the title says, how do you do it?

I'm making sonar startup when I log on, and I'm trying to figure out how to load my custom template when it starts.

Open up your custom template, then "save as", and name it "Normal" without the quotation marks, save it in Sonar's sample content folder, when doing the save Sonar will tell you that this file already exsists and do you want to overwrite it? click yes.
