how to get this vocal effect?

in this video, when he starts singing "I think that you the one thats real" at about 1: 08, how can i get this vocal effect using fl studio or pro tools 10 and/or melodyne?

hey thanks guys, would i have to record seperate vocals or can i use the same vocals to pan?
 
never do same vocal and pan... i seldomly say never... but in this case i say never
