how to get an asio driver for logic

i've got a pentium 4 with a YAMAHA DS2416 sound card and a LOGIC 5.1 software. i need a compatble asio driver (i think?).
which one and where do i get it?

HERE is the ASIO driver, they are made by Steinberg.
