How to create a new audiotrack in Logic 7?

I'm working with Logic Pro 7 since a short time.

Question: how do I create a new audio track in the Arrange window?
 
Try Ctrl+Enter

The right click on the track to give it a new track number
 
isnt there just a "+" sign in the arange window. like logic pro 8
